The Sunday Girls

The place where I go to crossfit, has started some unofficial Sunday workouts for the Benchmarks.



We started with Fran:
Thrusters and Pullups
21-15-9 reps for time

(prescribed weight for girls is 65#)

I'm not released to do full squats yet (because of my knee) but I did the best I could with the bar (45#).
Time: 6:15

I'll take that!
