This is why I crossfit

Took two minutes off my pre-knee surgery 10K PR.
Two whole minutes.

All the sweating and swearing about how much burpees suck has paid off.
I think I found a great substitute for speedwork training.

I averaged a 9 minute mile pace.  The new goal is to make that my normal.  And carry it over to the half marathon distance.
